Lunchtime

Plain Greek Yogurt with pineapple.... yum yum!

Naps continued

Well ladies and gentlemen... it seems since yesterday, my little man has decided that he can take naps again! No more crying hysterically when I put him down! All is well when babies take naps! Seriously though, it is difficult when kids don't take naps. He is sound asleep right now getting the much needed rest he needs for a strong healthy body.

It seems like this past week he has "mentally grown" (I know that sounds weird). He notices things differently and pays attention to other things. He is clingier to Blake and I. He is such a sweet little boy. I love this age.

He likes to spin around and around until he falls down. He still only has 4 teeth. He likes to walk everywhere.   He goes to the fridge when he wants milk. He loves his buddy Apollo even though Apollo stays away from him most of the time.

I am 38 weeks tomorrow! This little guy is going to be here before I know it. My mother-in-law is coming next week. I am so thankful that I will have help! My body is definitely getting ready for labor. My joints are all loose and I am achy from head to toe. I get lots of contractions everyday. I am sleeping ok at night. Luckily I am not huge when I am pregnant. I just have to eat a protein shake in the middle of night and drink lots of water. I stopped lifting weights since last week because I am just stiff and sore everyday. We have not figured out a name yet... we talk about if every night. I am getting excited.

Naps

Sarger has decided he hates taking naps. Its been since last Friday he cries for his whole nap time. He is so tired when I out him in his crib. I know he needs a nap. Is he just trying to get out of his nap time? Is he scared of something? He's not sick. Its every time I put him down. And even at night when we put him down he cries for a while. And then he is waking up at 4 am and won't go back down again and so we just let him cry for hours. What's going on?! Its hard to see him cry but I know he needs his nap to grow healthy and strong.

This morning

It's Friday!

Sarger found these pillows and pulled them out of our guest room. He loved playing with them.

After breakfast, he always gets his books out and flips through them. For breakfast he has been eating shredded wheat with a little bit of honey and strawberries. He loves it.
